Yeast and Fermentation:
001 White Labs California Ale (2 Liter Starter)
Primary ferment temperature 68 degrees
Dry hop @ 2 gravity points away from terminal gravity
2 oz of Simcoe, 2 oz of Columbus and 1 oz Cascade
Dry hop for 5-7 days
Keg/Bottle @ 2.6 Volume of CO2 (NO SHAKING KEGS)
